Ingatestone Hall has no contracted suppliers. Other than for caterering we have no 'approved' list that hirers are obliged to use. Nevertheless, you may wish to consider the list below of those which are to be found locally and/or have previously worked regularly on events at Ingatestone Hall.
For Catering we can supply light meals and refreshments for all but the largest of gatherings "in-house". For more elaborate meals and large events, you are asked to employ one of the outside caterers on this list.
We do keep a stock of equipment which is available for the use of hirers if required, specifically:
- Tables, chairs and full place settings (crockery, cutlery etc) for lunches and dinners (up to 60 covers in a variety of table configurations).
- Glasses for drinks reception or stand-up buffets for up to 100.
- 150 chairs for garden parties or indoor or outdoor concerts and plays.
- 300 watts per channel stereo portable sound system.
