Suppliers of Services for your Event

Ingatestone Hall has no 'approved' or contracted suppliers (caterers, marquee companies etc.) that hirers are obliged to use. Nevertheless, you may wish to consider the list below of those which are to be found locally and/or have previously worked regularly on events at Ingatestone Hall.

We do keep a stock of equipment which is available for the use of hirers if required, specifically:

  • Tables, chairs and full place settings (crockery, cutlery and table linen) for lunches and dinners (up to 60 covers in a variety of table configurations).
  • Glasses and crockery for drinks reception or stand-up buffets for up to 100.
  • 200 chairs for garden parties or indoor or outdoor concerts and plays.
  • 300 watts per channel stereo portable sound system.
  • We can supply light meals and refreshments for all but the largest of gatherings "in-house". For more elaborate meals and large events, you are recommended to employ outside caterers.
